English Version
1. Who provides MyWorkDesk
MyWorkDesk is an independent product by Dmitrii Shobolov. For privacy questions, product ideas or support requests, contact: dmitriishobolov@gmail.com.
2. Website data
The public website may process basic technical information needed to load pages, protect hosting and diagnose availability problems. This can include IP address, browser information, request time, requested URL and similar server log data handled by the hosting provider.
The website can store local preferences in your browser, such as selected language or visual theme. These preferences stay on your device unless your browser or extensions synchronize them.
3. Local boards
When you use MyWorkDesk in local mode, boards and assets are stored on your device as local data and `.mwd` files. The website does not receive the content of your local boards.
4. Self-hosted servers
When you connect to a self-hosted MyWorkDesk server, board content, uploaded files, users, permissions, logs and backups are stored on the server selected by that server owner. The owner of that server controls access, storage location, retention and backups.
MyWorkDesk does not automatically receive board content from private self-hosted servers. If you send files, logs, screenshots or board exports by email for support, that information will be processed as part of your support request.
5. Direct messages and support
If you contact MyWorkDesk by email or social links, your email address, display name, message text, attachments and related metadata may be processed to answer you, understand your request and improve the product.
6. External services
The site may link to third-party services such as app stores, Discord, Telegram, Boosty, Patreon or other distribution/support platforms. Those services have their own privacy rules and are not controlled by MyWorkDesk.
7. Security and retention
Reasonable technical measures are used to keep the website and distributed files safe. No internet service or self-hosted deployment can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so server owners should configure access, backups and operating-system security carefully.
Support messages are kept only as long as needed for communication, troubleshooting, product history or legal safety. Server owners define their own retention rules for boards hosted on their machines.
8. Children
MyWorkDesk is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child sent personal information, contact us so the information can be reviewed and removed when appropriate.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as the product, website and distribution channels evolve. The updated version will remain available on this page.
